Howard’s ability as a Photographer was recognised, when Head Picture Editor at Magnum Photos awarded Howard, second place in the “Images of London” Museum of Londons' photo competition and then selected a second of Howard’s images for inclusion in the exhibition.
Ilford identified Howard’s Photographic skills, when they invited him to supply two handmade prints, for display in the “Millennium Exhibition” at the National Exhibition Centre, England
